AUTOMOBILE RESCUE:
This is an annual subscription based service that ensures that our clients enjoy a 24hour automobile rescue cover in the event of a breakdown.
As time of response is of the essence in the discharge of this core service and in accordance with our Go – Not – Tow policy, AA Rescue engineers are dispatched on receipt of a distress call on motorbikes to ensure repairs where they are minor and/or to secure the vehicle prior to the arrival of the towing trucks. It also ensures that 80% of vehicle faults are diagnosed on the spot, getting our members on the move again.
The use of our specialized flat-bed trucks ensure that your vehicle does not get damaged and that your broken down vehicle get a befitting lift to your mechanics.
Whenever you need assistance, your call is handled by our Rescue Centre and our staff will ensure that your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
